Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mordecai Wollsey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio Vegata (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wollsey ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Vegata moves away.
Vegata works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Vegata misses with an uppercut. Wollsey saw that one coming.
Vegata fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Wollsey lands a nice hook to Vegata's body. Vegata takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Wollsey works Vegata's body with a nice hook.
Vegata will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Wollsey ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
A jab from Vegata misses.
Wollsey connects with a body shot that sends Vegata's belly button to the back.
Vegata slips under a jab.
Wollsey scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Vegata dodges the punch combination from Wollsey.
Wollsey lands with an uppercut that bounces Vegata off the cage and back into rage.

It looks like Antonio Vegata has been cut.
Vegata throws a right and a left that Wollsey avoids nicely.
Wollsey throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Wollsey works over Vegata's head and body with a nice combination.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Vegata slips under a jab from Wollsey.
Wollsey throws a hook to the side of Vegata's head but Vegata sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Wollsey is looking to wear down Vegata with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Wollsey tries to bum rush Vegata with a series of wild strikes but Vegata uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Wollsey lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Vegata at a distance.
Wollsey dips to his left and cracks Vegata with an uppercut!
Vegata shoots in for a double leg but Wollsey sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Mordecai Wollsey has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Antonio Vegata.
Wollsey keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Wollsey swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Vegata.
Vegata looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Vegata is rocked!
Vegata drops his hands momentarily. Wollsey doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Vegata staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Vegata doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
