Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Max Bear (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James The Croc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Max Bear has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 13 - 0, fighting out of London, Max Bear!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, James The Croc!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Daniel Bishop and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bear drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Bear goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, The Croc rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Bear's guard! Nice work there by The Croc!

Bear had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. The Croc defends it easily.
Bear lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for The Croc!

The Croc is in a horrible position here. Bear smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Bear is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because The Croc is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

The Croc tries to get to full guard but Bear has control of the leg.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Bear looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks The Croc with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Bear is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for The Croc!

The Croc breaks Bear's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Bear is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Bear escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. The Croc gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The Croc throws and elbow that misses. Bear uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in The Croc's guard. Nice move by Bear!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Bear stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. The Croc swivels though and keeps the full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Max Bear dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

The Croc fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Bear sprawls well initially but The Croc persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The Croc takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Bear here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

James The Croc showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

James The Croc comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well The Croc has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
