The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body kick there by Katsumoto.
Holter closes this distance looking for a takedown but Katsumoto circles away.
Katsumoto throws a hook but Holter blocks it.
Katsumoto swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Holter counters with a nice uppercut.
Holter thows a leg kick but Katsumoto checks it

Takashi Katsumoto has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Holter moves away from the strike by Katsumoto.
Katsumoto lands a front kick.
Katsumoto misses with an uppercut.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Katsumoto, as that shot connected.
Katsumoto lands a head kick. Holter smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

and Holter counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Katsumoto lands with a kick to the temple. Holter shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Katsumoto throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Holter's head.
Katsumoto throws a sloppy head kick
and Holter makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Katsumoto misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Holter counters with a straight right hand.
Katsumoto tries to clinch there but Holter circles away.
Katsumoto throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Holter's head.

Holter is rocked!

It looks like Gabe Holter has been cut.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Katsumoto lands a brutal uppercut that launches Holter off his feet! Holter tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
