Vihervaara comes to the cage accompanied by Volbeat - A Warriors Call. Paulsen comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Illmerica (Natty Rico Sax Rework) kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Ernesti Vihervaara had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Paulsen is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

and Paulsen counters with a nice uppercut.

and Paulsen counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Paulsen is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Vihervaara had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Vihervaara is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Paulsen's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Vihervaara blocks the body kick.
Paulsen throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Vihervaara crashing down! Vihervaara tries to stagger back to his feet but Paulsen just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Vihervaara asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
