PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Cisterna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Harris comes into the arena with Sad But True blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cisterna takes the fight into the clinch.
Cisterna pushes Harris back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Cisterna gets through Harris's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Cisterna has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Harris uses from the top position.

Cisterna escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Harris gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Cisterna bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Harris's guard.

Harris can't keep his opponent in guard - Cisterna advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Cisterna wants to lay and pray for a moment but Harris keeps working.

Cisterna is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Harris doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Cisterna.

Cisterna is trying to control the action in half guard but Harris is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Cisterna is looking to take a break and control but Harris is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Cisterna uses his free foot to push down on Harris's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Harris.
