Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kenneth Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Koch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Williams comes to the cage accompanied by Vanilla Ice - Ice Ice Baby. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 8 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Michael Koch!
The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Viktor Lagutenko and Aleksandr Martynov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Koch misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Williams.
Williams throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Williams has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Koch is not content to let Williams control the position.

Williams takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Koch escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Williams gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Williams drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Koch dives on top into guard.
Williams pulls Koch in close to his closed guard and prevents Koch from doing any damage or advancing position.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Koch seems a little lost for a moment, as Williams dominates the positioning.

Williams has an Americana. Koch didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Williams is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Williams hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
