The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sybert pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sybert stuffs the takedown attempt from Hart. Hart gets slowly back to his feet.
Sybert throws a head kick but Hart moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hart takes a kick to the side of the head.

Hart closes the distance looking to clinch
and Sybert counters with a left to the body.
Sybert will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Hart slips a jab and a cross from Sybert.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Hart shoots in for a double leg but Sybert sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Hart slips under a jab.
Hart gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Sybert.
Sybert throws a right and a left that both miss.

Hart on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Sybert throws a head kick that misses

and Hart counters with a shoot takedown. Sybert fights it but they end up in guard.

Sybert is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Sybert keeping moving, preventing Hart from controlling successfully.
Sybert is adopting a defensive guard.
Sybert is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Hart wants to improve his position but Sybert is controlling well.
Sybert looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Hart wants to control but Sybert passes into side.
Hart is looking to regain half guard here but Sybert keeps moving and retains side control.
Sybert moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
Hart tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Sybert wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

And that's the end of the fight!
Ari Sybert comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
