Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Roosa Järviläinen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pedofiili tries to bum rush Kirppu with a series of wild strikes but Kirppu uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Kirppu cracks Pedofiili with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Pedofiili throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kirppu.
Kirppu rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Pedofiili moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Pedofiili fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Kirppu takes the fight into the clinch.
Pedofiili escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Pedofiili misses with a left hand
and Pedofiili takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Kirppu looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

It looks like Mika Kirppu has been cut.
Pedofiili fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Kirppu is out of range.

Mika Kirppu has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pedro Pedofiili.
Kirppu has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Pedofiili uses from the top position.

and Kirppu counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Kirppu.

Kirppu is pushing down on Pedofiili's leg trying to pass to half guard. Pedofiili is fighting to maintain full guard but Kirppu has managed to sneak the leg through.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Kirppu in particular looking to stall.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Pedofiili is pushing Kirppu's head away, looking to escape. Kirppu manages to hold on to the position though.

Pedofiili looks to move to half guard but instead Kirppu has passed into mount! Damn!
Kirppu is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Pedofiili has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Kirppu mounts Pedofiili! Really nice guard pass there!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Kirppu tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

That's time! Kirppu's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Kirppu has control of Pedofiili's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Pedofiili regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Pedofiili tries to improve his position but Kirppu has taken his back! Kirppu has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Pedofiili tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Kirppu pushes Pedofiili away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
