Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Valeri Chadov and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hestneas connects with an inside leg kick.
Simen Hestneas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kay throws a jab but it's blocked by Hestneas.
Kay shoots in looking for a takedown but Hestneas manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Kay's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Good leg kick by Hestneas there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Hestneas tries to clinch up but Kay circles away and keeps his distance.
Kay looks for a takedown but Hestneas sprawls well.
Kay on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Hestneas. Hestneas obviously looking to wear him down.
Kay looks gassed!
Kay circles away from the clinch attempt.
Kay misses with a hook.
Hestneas drives through and clinches with Kay against the cage.
Hestneas lands an elbow that stopped Kay in his tracks for a moment.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kay has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Hestneas avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Simen Hestneas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jd Kay.

Hestneas comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Hestneas lands a nice knee to the body.

Hestneas unloads a knee to the mid-section. Kay lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Hestneas pulls back and lands a big elbow that stuns Kay! Hestneas unloads with more strikes and Kay sinks to his knees! This one is all over!
