Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mario Taller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zach Hockert (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Taller comes into the arena with your favorite song blaring out of the sound system. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taller takes a swing at Hockert's ribcage but misses.
Taller misses with a series of wild punches.
Taller swats away the attempt to clinch by Hockert.
Hockert tries to close the distance and clinch up but Taller swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Hockert is looking to clinch.
Taller jabbing away but nothing is landing.
A right-left combo lands from Taller.

It looks like Zach Hockert has been cut.
Hockert tries to move into range but Taller moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Hockert slips a jab and a cross from Taller.
Hockert wants to clinch up but Taller keeps it at a distance.
Taller misses with a hook

and Hockert counters by moving into the clinch.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Hockert takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Hockert keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Taller's efforts to push away.
Hockert prevents a body shot from Taller.
Taller looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Hockert breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Mario Taller is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Taller misses with a right hand

and Hockert counters with a takedown into side control.
Hockert misses with the ground and pound.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Taller wants to get back to his feet but Hockert is dominant here and he's now got Taller's back!

Hockert is working for a rear naked choke. Taller is not defending it well and Hockert has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Taller refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Taller's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
