The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Chumbucked.

Chumbucked looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for McCoy!

Chumbucked moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, McCoy has worked his arm free - good work by McCoy!
McCoy wants to control but Chumbucked postures up.
Chumbucked throws a strike aimed at the side of McCoy's head but McCoy avoids it well.
McCoy gets back to half guard.

McCoy is staying active underneath Chumbucked, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

McCoy has hold of Chumbucked's hands but Chumbucked slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

McCoy wants to improve his position but Chumbucked is controlling well.

Chumbucked is sneakily working for an arm triangle but McCoy sees it coming and defends easily.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now McCoy is on top in guard.
McCoy connects with a couple of short punches.
McCoy is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
McCoy keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Chumbucked's head.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
McCoy postures up and lands a big shot to Chumbucked's brow.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Chumbucked utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
McCoy sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Chumbucked's guard.
McCoy is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
