McLay is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: "The Party Song" by Blink 182. Dante The Saint had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Saint throws a leg kick
enabling McLay to counter with a crisp jab.
The Saint looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

McLay closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. The Saint quickly recovers to half guard.
McLay not landing any meaningful shots this time.
McLay passes to side control.

McLay looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
The Saint taking punishment in the form of punches.
McLay in side control, throwing shots but The Saint defends.
The Saint is not in a great position here, taking some shots.

McLay has knee on belly and moves into mount.

McLay working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. The Saint turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips McLay off and cradles The Saint's limp body as McLay celebrates with his corner.
