The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maximus is trying hard to land a takedown here. Moss sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Moss connects with a nice looking jab.

It looks like Arilius Maximus has been cut.
Maximus takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Maximus is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Moss.
Maximus takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Maximus uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Moss.
Maximus fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Moss falls off balance throwing a combination
and Maximus counters with a three punch combo that has Moss backing up. Moss nods at Maximus to acknowledge the strikes.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Maximus throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Maximus misses with a jab, cross combination.
Moss lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Moss lands a jab to the head.

Maximus is rocked!

That has opened up Arilius Maximus's cut even more.
Moss fakes the body blow, causing Maximus to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Maximus goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
