Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jim Bo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyrone Davids (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davids is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Wu-Tang Clan - Bring Da Ruckus. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jim Bo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tyrone Davids!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Chris Downing and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davids takes a swing at Bo's ribcage but misses.
Davids is trying hard to land a takedown here. Bo sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Bo enables Davids to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Bo manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Davids is stalling in the full guard.
Davids throws and elbow that misses. Bo uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Davids's guard. Nice move by Bo!
Davids looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Bo trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Davids manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!
Bo is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Davids shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Bo is trying to defend but Davids finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Davids wants to control but Bo is keeping him busy.
Davids is stalling here. Bo is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Davids seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Bo has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Bo can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Davids is looking to escape.

Davids is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

A close second round but Tyrone Davids will probably get the nod - 10:9.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Davids misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Bo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Davids moves away.
Bo loads up on a big right hand but Davids slips the punch.
Davids shoots and misses
and Bo makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bo uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Davids.
Davids throws a body punch but Bo moves out of range.
Bo avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Davids cracks Bo with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Bo throws out a loose jab but Davids uses good head movement to avoid it.
Davids misses with a shot to the body
and Bo counters with a left to the body.
Davids with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Bo to score with a decent uppercut.
Bo misses with a straight right.
Jab, jab by Bo - just one landing.
Davids lands with a thumping leg kick.

Davids throws a poor cross that misses
and Bo counters with a one-two to the body.

Davids darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Davids working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Bo's thigh. Bo counters though and makes it back to full guard.

Davids drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Bo manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Davids has Bo in his guard.
Davids controls Bo momentarily but Bo frees himself.

Davids bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Bo's guard.
Bo manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Davids is looking to get to half guard.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Davids sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jim Bo.
I think Bo has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
