Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rico William (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and The Monster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). William comes into the arena with SOAD-BYOB blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rico William! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, The Monster! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Monster closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. William looking for a sweep but Monster has passed into full mount! Oh no! Monster controlling the position easily from mount. It looks like Monster might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. William really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Monster looking to control and managing it successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round.
OK we're going to have a standup here. The Monster hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Monster moves forwards but William connects with a nice, crisp jab. Monster closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Monster is chipping away with strikes.
William is looking to regain half guard here but Monster keeps moving and retains side control. William can't do much from the bottom here. William looks to move to half guard but instead Monster has passed into mount! Damn! Monster looking to control and managing it successfully.
That's two minutes gone in the round. William keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Monster controlling from the full mount. William slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Monster winds up and cracks William with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Monster is sneakily working for an arm triangle but William sees it coming and defends easily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Monster decides to stand up. Monster moves out of range of the strikes.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Monster shoots in and gets a takedown into William's guard. Monster stands up from guard. Let's bang! William is breathing heavily. Monster takes a jab right on the kisser.
Monster gets the takedown into side control. Monster moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Monster creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. William is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Monster scores with punches from side control. William wants to get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Monster decides to stand back up. Monster steps back and let's William get back to his feet. This has been an exciting period of action! Monster scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Monster controlling the action here. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Monster lands a nice short elbow. Monster is controlling the pace.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
The Monster dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Monster shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in William's guard. Monster stands up from William's guard - Monster perhaps looking for a knockout. Monster throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
William with a poor takedown and Monster counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Monster stays in close to William's body and controls the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Monster passes into half guard. Monster lands with a punch from half guard. The Monster has got the better of the ground game so far. William has hold of Monster's hands but Monster slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Monster seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. William is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:04 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). The Monster!
