Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fifo Ortiz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Troy Mccoy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Troy Mccoy was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mccoy rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Ortiz counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Mccoy waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Ortiz.
Mccoy misses with a jab, cross combination.
Ortiz misses with a takedown attempt
and Mccoy connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

and Mccoy counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Mccoy fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ortiz manages to avoid it.

Mccoy seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Ortiz uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Mccoy.
Mccoy throws a right hand that Ortiz ducks under and follows up with a left that Ortiz also avoids with ease.

Ortiz closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Mccoy to the mat! Mccoy manages to get full guard.

Ortiz seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Mccoy does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
