The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sakamoto tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Taber was well out of range. Poor timing from Sakamoto.
Sakamoto shoots in looking for a takedown but Taber manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Sakamoto's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Taber lands a right hook to the body.
