The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, John Kavanagh and Franklyn Lucas.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Wise. Walker does a little dance to reset his feet.
Wise lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

It looks like Dean Walker has been cut.
Walker ducks under a wild hook from Wise.
Walker misses with a low kick.

Wise darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Wise passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Walker!
Walker in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
Wise has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Walker wants to hold on but Wise pushes him away.
Walker wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Wise.
Wise throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Wise breaks from Walker's wrist control and lands an elbow.

That has opened up Dean Walker's cut even more.
Poor strikes thrown by Wise there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Walker tries to reverse the position but Wise maintains control.
Wise misses with a head shot.
Walker tries to lock up and control but Wise gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wise with shots to the head and body - Walker looks very uncomfortable down there.

The cut above Dean Walker's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Dean Walker's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
