PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Josh Wentworth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daiki Nakamura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Wentworth might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Spitfire by The Prodigy. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wentworth with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Nakamura wants to clinch up but Wentworth keeps it at a distance.

and Nakamura counters with a three punch combo that has Wentworth backing up. Wentworth nods at Nakamura to acknowledge the strikes.
Nakamura shoots in looking for a takedown. Wentworth tries to sprawl out of it but Nakamura keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Wentworth manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Nakamura had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Wentworth defends it easily.
