Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Podster enables Sabota to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Podster manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Sabota sitting in guard here, content to control.
Sabota wants to pass the guard but Podster is keeping the position.

Podster isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Sabota stacks Podster on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Sabota!
Sabota moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
Sabota lands a decent elbow from side control.
Podster tries to buck Sabota off but Sabota is having none of it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Sabota scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Podster to see if he's OK.

It looks like Rico Podster has been cut.
Sabota looks up at the clock and then as Podster takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Sabota smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Sabota lands some shots froms side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sabota is chipping away with strikes.

Podster is rocked!
Sabota scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Podster is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Sabota can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
