Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Raf Gon DIas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Goyce Racie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Raf Gon DIas has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gon DIas misses with a wild body shot.
No luck for Racie with that takedown attempt.
Racie has a takedown stuffed.

Racie feints and as Gon DIas raises his hands in defense, Racie changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Racie wants to pass the guard but Gon DIas is keeping the position.
Gon DIas keeping moving, preventing Racie from controlling successfully.

Racie seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Goyce Racie hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
The fighters circle momentarily. Gon DIas darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Gon DIas misses with a low kick.

Gon DIas lands a big head kick that sends Racie tumbling to the mat! Gon DIas takes a step backwards and waves Racie back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Racie is rocked!

It looks like Goyce Racie has been cut.

Racie gets a takedown into half guard.
Racie is still in real trouble! Can Gon DIas finish him?

Racie is trying to work for a kimura but Gon DIas is defending well.

Racie wants to control but Gon DIas is keeping him busy.

Racie is working for a kimura but Gon DIas is defending it quite comfortably.

Racie is looking to take a break and control but Gon DIas is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Gon DIas won't allow Racie to pass to mount.
Racie wants to take a breather but Gon DIas is having none of it.
Racie might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Gon DIas kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Goyce Racie was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Racie takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Racie looks gassed!

Gon DIas tries a head kick but it misses.
Racie shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Gon DIas but Gon DIas pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Raf Gon DIas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Goyce Racie.
Gon DIas tries to land a front kick but Racie steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Racie moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Gon DIas lands a head shot.
Racie shoots in for a takedown but Gon DIas shows good takedown defense.
Racie walks straight into a right hand from Gon DIas - that's dropped him! Gon DIas jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Racie from any more punishment! Racie complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Raf Gon DIas!
