The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parker misses with a few strikes there.
Zhirinovsky is trying hard to land a takedown here. Parker sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Zhirinovsky shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Parker but Parker pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Zhirinovsky tries to score a power double leg takedown but Parker sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Zhirinovsky somewhat.
