Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Charlie Furstenfeld (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Al Al Kaholic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Furstenfeld kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Linkin Park - No More Sorrow. Al Kaholic has chosen Cant Be Touched as his entrance music. Al Al Kaholic will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Al Al Kaholic !
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Joseph Jones and Eddie Farnsworth.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Furstenfeld misses with an uppercut.
A slapping body kick lands there for Al Kaholic .
Al Kaholic tries to land a leg kick but Furstenfeld saw it coming and moves away.
Furstenfeld uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Al Kaholic .
A head kick from Al Kaholic lands but Furstenfeld takes it in his stride.
Furstenfeld on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Al Kaholic misses with an attempted mid kick.
An inside leg kick from Al Kaholic misses.

Furstenfeld looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Al Kaholic tries to land a front kick but Furstenfeld steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Al Kaholic moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Furstenfeld misses with a body shot.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Furstenfeld throws the left hand but Al Kaholic avoids the punch easily.
Al Kaholic lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Furstenfeld closes the distance and clinches up with Al Kaholic , looking for a takedown. Furstenfeld pushes Al Kaholic against the cage but Al Kaholic circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Al Kaholic throws a leg kick but Furstenfeld sees it coming and moves out of range.
A telegraphed right hand from Furstenfeld misses the target.
Furstenfeld just misses with a punch to the body.
Al Kaholic throws a head kick that half lands.

Good leg kick by Al Kaholic there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Al Kaholic motions for Furstenfeld to come forward. Al Kaholic throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Furstenfeld fails with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Charlie Furstenfeld. That's going to take a lot out of him.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
A slow jab from Furstenfeld misses its intended target.
Al Kaholic does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Furstenfeld on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Al Kaholic . Al Kaholic obviously looking to wear him down.
Furstenfeld takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Furstenfeld fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Al Al Kaholic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Furstenfeld throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Al Kaholic 's waist but Al Kaholic gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Furstenfeld off to one side.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Al Kaholic sizes up Furstenfeld with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Al Kaholic motions for Furstenfeld to come forward. Al Kaholic throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Furstenfeld. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
A bone on bone clash there as Furstenfeld blocks the leg kick.
Al Kaholic feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Furstenfeld's calf.
Al Kaholic fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Furstenfeld has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Furstenfeld misses with a few strikes there.
Furstenfeld throws a right hand that Al Kaholic ducks under and follows up with a left that Al Kaholic also avoids with ease.
Al Kaholic throws a quick inside leg kick.
Al Kaholic moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Al Al Kaholic seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Al Kaholic feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Furstenfeld's calf.
Al Kaholic scores with a leg kick.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Al Kaholic tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Furstenfeld is able to avoid easily.

Al Kaholic buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Al Kaholic thuds his right hand into Furstenfeld's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Al Al Kaholic is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Al Kaholic connects with a solid leg kick.
Al Kaholic feints and then cracks Furstenfeld's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Furstenfeld down.
Al Kaholic keeps the fight on the outside.

Furstenfeld closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Al Kaholic quickly recovers to half guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Furstenfeld prevents Al Kaholic from improving his position.

Furstenfeld is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Furstenfeld wants to pass the guard but Al Kaholic is defending well.
Al Kaholic works his way to full guard. Good work.
Furstenfeld tries to free his leg and advance position but Al Kaholic is retaining full guard.
Al Kaholic is trying to control the position but Furstenfeld postures up.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Al Kaholic is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Al Kaholic is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Furstenfeld is aware though and is defending well.

Al Al Kaholic showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Furstenfeld's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Al Kaholic misses with a low kick.
Furstenfeld checks the leg kick.

Furstenfeld tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Al Kaholic was well out of range. Poor timing from Furstenfeld.
Al Kaholic shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Charlie Furstenfeld has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Furstenfeld tries to close the distance and clinch up but Al Kaholic swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Horrible takedown by Furstenfeld or perhaps it was just good defense by Al Kaholic which made him look bad.
Al Kaholic is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Al Kaholic throws a leg kick but Furstenfeld sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Al Al Kaholic is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Furstenfeld shoots for a takedown but Al Kaholic saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Al Al Kaholic comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Al Kaholic winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
