Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kodee Neely (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shamgod Razza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Razza tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Neely is trying to control Razza's posture but Razza avoids it.

You can see the frustration on Neely's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Razza landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Razza tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Neely wants to hold on but Razza pushes him away.
Neely on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Neely tries to get out of the position.
Neely is looking to improve his position but Razza isn't that keen on the idea.
Razza throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Neely because Razza loaded up on that one.

Shamgod Razza showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. And we move into the final round!


Razza tries to clinch there but Neely circles away.
Neely loads up on a big right hand but Razza slips the punch.
Razza fails with a takedown attempt.
Razza shoots in for a takedown but Neely shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Razza lands a jab to Neely's midsection.
Razza uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Neely.
Razza ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Razza tries to clinch there but Neely circles away.

Razza closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Neely quickly recovers to half guard.
Razza is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Neely trying to hold on to Razza's head to control him but Razza postures up.

Neely is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Razza is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Neely tries to roll over but Razza keeps him under control.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Razza is thwarting Neely's attempts to control the position.
Neely is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Razza is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Razza moves into full mount! Neely won't be happy about that!
Razza manages to capitalize on a mistake by Neely to take his back!

Razza is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Neely has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
Razza takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

You can see the frustration on Neely's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Razza tries to get the hooks in deep but Neely pushed the leg off.
Neely trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble.
Neely breaks Razza's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Razza has his hands on Neely's head, controlling the position.
Neely not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Neely postures up in Razza's guard and throws a big left but Razza blocks it.
Neely has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Razza is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Neely is looking to improve his position.
Neely trying to control but Razza postures up.
Neely throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Neely wants to get back to full guard.
Razza missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Shamgod Razza is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

I've got Razza winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
