Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Krsto Frankopan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brock Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Krsto Frankopan looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lesnar punishes Frankopan's body with a nice straight punch.
Frankopan is breathing heavily.

Lesnar gets a takedown into half guard.
Lesnar trying to control from half guard but Frankopan is working away.

Lesnar is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Lesnar in particular looking to stall.
Frankopan is looking to improve his position.

Frankopan on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Frankopan tries to get out of the position.
Lesnar takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Lesnar is trying to control the action in half guard but Frankopan is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Brock Lesnar has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

Lesnar changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Frankopan looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Lesnar has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Lesnar shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Frankopan's guard.

Lesnar moves into full mount! Frankopan won't be happy about that!

Lesnar tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lesnar tries to control but Frankopan wriggling away.
Lesnar takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Lesnar is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Frankopan can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Frankopan gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Lesnar slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Lesnar breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Lesnar feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Frankopan enables Lesnar to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Frankopan manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
