Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mikael Tronko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and ben cook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). cook has chosen Waters of Nazereth as his entrance music. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Mikael Tronko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Sam Margolis and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tronko digs a good body shot into cook's ribs.
cook throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Tronko was covering up waiting for the punch and cook finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Tronko is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
cook trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Tronko is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Tronko working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. cook doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. cook manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Tronko is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
cook makes his way to full guard. A much better position for cook.
cook wants to sweep here but Tronko controlling him for the moment.

Tronko wants to stand but cook is controlling his posture from full guard.
cook bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Tronko's guard.
Tronko wants to stand but cook is controlling the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
cook cracks Tronko with a solid left hand.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as cook accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
cook is pushing down on Tronko's leg trying to pass to half guard. Tronko is fighting to maintain full guard but cook has managed to sneak the leg through.
cook trying to mount his opponent but Tronko defends it.
cook is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Tronko is just riding it out for now. cook eventually gives up the hold.
cook not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.

Tronko looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Tronko looks like he's trying to stand up.
Tronko keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
cook is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Tronko is trying to control but can't.
cook is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Tronko is trying to stand.
cook wants to work for an arm triangle but Tronko is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Tronko trying to hold on to cook's head to control him but cook postures up.
cook is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Tronko is trying to get back to full guard.
Tronko has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. cook is working away from the top position though.
cook tries to pass the half guard into mount. Tronko knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
cook scoring with strikes to the body and head.
cook has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
cook uses his free foot to push down on Tronko's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Tronko.
Tronko is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
cook tries to control but Tronko wriggling away.
cook won't let Tronko get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
Tronko can't escape the position.
Tronko is squirming around, avoiding cook's attempts to control the action.
cook landing punches.
Tronko tries to buck cook off but he can't manage it.
cook raining down hammerfists from mount.
Tronko keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
cook looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
ben cook dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
cook is looking to score with low kicks.
Tronko clobbers cook with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
It looks like ben cook has been cut.
A jab from cook misses.
cook looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
cook works his way into full mount!
Tronko sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
cook stops Tronko from getting back to his feet.
cook is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Tronko!
Tronko's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Tronko is wriggling around trying to escape.
cook landing punches.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Tronko tries to hold on but cook pushes him away.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Tronko is trying desperately to improve position.
cook in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Tronko is looking to improve his position but cook isn't that keen on the idea.
cook raining down shots from the mount!
cook manages to capitalize on a mistake by Tronko to take his back!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
cook keeps control of the position as Tronko tries to break free.
Tronko trying to control the hands but cook won't let him.
cook working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Tronko is doing well to defend. cook seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Tronko is forced to tap and this one is over!
