Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tiger Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jean claude Sherk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones comes to the cage accompanied by The Rolling Stones: Gimme Shelter. This should be fireworks!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Sherk takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

It looks like Jean claude Sherk has been cut.

Sherk feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Sherk shoots in looking for a takedown. Jones tries to sprawl out of it but Sherk keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jones manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Jones moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Sherk changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jones tries to avoid it but Sherk manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jones to the ground. Jones escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Sherk tries for a takedown but Jones sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Jean claude Sherk's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Sherk wants to clinch up but Jones keeps it at a distance.

Sherk uses his free foot to push down on Jones's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Jones.
