Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Yuris Margarin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jones Shane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Margarin comes to the cage accompanied by Epic by Faith No More. Shane is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Elephant Man - Haters (feat Hunt & Jim Jones) . Jones Shane will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Albert Achterberg and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from Margarin misses.
Shane dodges the punch combination from Margarin.
Shane avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Shane throws a left and a right that both miss
and Margarin counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Margarin can't get the takedown.
Margarin turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!

Shane tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Margarin wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Margarin is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Shane knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Shane pushes Margarin away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Margarin gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Shane looks to move to half guard but instead Margarin has passed into mount! Damn!

Shane is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Margarin postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Shane in real trouble here! The ref calls for Shane to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Yuris Margarin!
