Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ben Linus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Uelliton da Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Uelliton da Silva enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

da Silva shoots in and gets a takedown into Linus's guard.
da Silva trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
da Silva trying to control the position from guard on top but Linus is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Linus is pulling down on da Silva's head. It's preventing any offense from da Silva, at least for the moment.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
da Silva stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Linus swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Linus has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of da Silva is proving hard to escape from.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
da Silva is looking for a triangle but Linus pushes his legs off easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Uelliton da Silva dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

da Silva throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
da Silva misses with a low kick.
Linus keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Ben Linus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Linus tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
da Silva fails with an attempt to clinch.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from da Silva is defended easily by Linus.
da Silva avoids a punch combination nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

da Silva darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Let's hope that da Silva has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Uelliton da Silva.

da Silva feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Uelliton da Silva showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Linus's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

da Silva takes the fight into the clinch.

Linus breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
da Silva scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Linus misses with a wild body shot.
da Silva clobbers Linus with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

da Silva lands a left and a right that send Linus crashing to the mat, dazed. da Silva thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Linus is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
da Silva drops Linus with a big left hand! Linus is injured, injured bad! da Silva jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
