Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between chuck Monster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and mike bob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, chuck Monster!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, mike bob!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Sam Margolis and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
bob leaves Monster with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Monster darts in and clinches bob up against the cage.
bob drags the fight down to the ground.
bob wants to sweep here but Monster controlling him for the moment.
bob throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
bob pushes Monster off and gets back to his feet.
Monster scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
That's one minute gone in the round.
bob is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Monster off and has taken his back!
bob has good solid back control here.
Monster looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands.
bob scores with punches to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
bob is working the ground and pound. Can Monster escape?
bob controls the action.
I looks like bob might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

bob is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Monster is defending well though. bob let's go of the attempt for now.
Monster controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position.
bob has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Monster has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
bob looks gassed!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Monster covering up well under a series of strikes from bob.
bob is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Monster defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
mike bob dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Monster lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
bob wants to clinch
and Monster counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Ground and pound from Monster.
Monster thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed bob's head.

bob is breathing heavily.

Monster trying to control from bob's half guard. bob has other ideas though and has regained full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
bob looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Monster puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Monster is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
bob wants to stand back up but Monster manages to pass into side control.
bob is not content to let Monster control the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Monster gets to mount! bob was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.

bob is rocked!
Monster has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of bob's face.
bob is still in real trouble! Can Monster finish him?
Monster loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have bob scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Monster land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Monster stands and salutes the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:03 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). chuck Monster!
