Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hu Rah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raoul Duke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rah comes into the arena with Flogging Molly - Devil's Dance Floor blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Raoul Duke seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Duke is trying desperately to land a takedown but Rah is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Duke.

Rah pushes Duke off and gets back to his feet.

Duke shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Duke was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Duke goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Rah is on top in guard.
Rah tries to free his leg and advance position but Duke is retaining full guard.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Duke holds on and takes a little breather.
Rah trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Rah trying to control but Duke is working from the bottom.
Rah is stalling in the full guard.
Rah has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Rah stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Duke swivels though and keeps the full guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Rah controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Rah's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Rah throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Rah uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Duke.
Duke misses with a takedown attempt - Rah sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

and Rah counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

and Duke takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

and Rah counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
