Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tom Richardson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scott Reynolds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Scott Reynolds!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Chris Downing and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Richardson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Richardson misses with a wild body shot.

and Reynolds counters with a shoot takedown. Richardson fights it but they end up in guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Scott Reynolds has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Reynolds shoots in and drives through. Richardson sprawls well.
Richardson could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Well, if Reynolds is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Let's hope that Reynolds has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Scott Reynolds showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Richardson's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Reynolds shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Richardson napping and manages to drive through into side control!

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.
