Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between HB Pencil (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dweezil O Hearn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dweezil O Hearn will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Ivan Kurochkin and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Hearn lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Pencil circles away quickly and effectively.
O Hearn throws a series of punches but Pencil avoids them all with ease.
Pencil looks to land a body kick but O Hearn moved away.
Pencil shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches O Hearn napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Pencil is trying to get an arm triangle but O Hearn is defending well.
Pencil trying to control the action but O Hearn is working from the bottom.

Pencil wants to lay and pray for a moment but O Hearn keeps working.

Pencil tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

O Hearn really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Pencil. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
O Hearn is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Pencil is controlling him well.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Pencil tries to advance to mount but O Hearn denies him.
Pencil working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Pencil thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Pencil is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. O Hearn knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
O Hearn pushes Pencil away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Pencil gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Pencil looks for a takedown but O Hearn sprawls well.
O Hearn thuds a left hand into Pencil's body.

O Hearn will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Pencil shoots in and drives through. O Hearn sprawls well.
O Hearn misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

It looks like HB Pencil has been cut.
O Hearn misses with a jab, cross combination.
Pencil pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Pencil is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Pencil throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
O Hearn is trying to stand.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Pencil with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Pencil moves into full mount! O Hearn won't be happy about that!
Pencil looking to ground and pound but O Hearn is blocking nicely.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Pencil cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Pencil tries to control but O Hearn wriggling away.

O Hearn blocking the ground and pound.

O Hearn wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Pencil.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
O Hearn is trying to stand.
Pencil thowing shots but they're missing.
Pencil looking to control and managing it successfully.

That was a close second round but I would say that HB Pencil will probably get the nod.

O Hearn thuds his right hand into Pencil's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
O Hearn misses with a double jab.
O Hearn throws a combination. Pencil tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Pencil takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Pencil darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Pencil thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing O Hearn to regain full guard.

Pencil pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. O Hearn is keeping the position for now.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Pencil accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
O Hearn wants to stand and escape but Pencil is having none of it.
Pencil postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
O Hearn keeping moving, preventing Pencil from controlling successfully.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
O Hearn tries to bum rush Pencil with a series of wild strikes but Pencil uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Pencil moves into the clinch.
Pencil keeps the fight in the clinch, despite O Hearn's efforts to push away.
Pencil manages to pull guard.
Pencil is looking for a triangle but O Hearn pushes his legs off easily.
HB Pencil is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Pencil holds on and takes a little breather.

O Hearn wants to stand but Pencil is controlling his posture from full guard.
O Hearn is fighting to break Pencil's control of his arms but Pencil is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Dweezil O Hearn has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Pencil tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Pencil has control of O Hearn's left arm, preventing O Hearn from doing any damage.
O Hearn drops back, looking for a kneebar! Pencil looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Pencil looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Pencil!

HB Pencil showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Pencil, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
