The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dexter misses with a looping right.
Lopes throws a series of punches but Dexter moves out of range.
Lopes throws a hook but Dexter blocks it.
Lopes swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Lopes throws the left hand but Dexter avoids the punch easily.
Lopes misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Dexter.
Dexter takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Dexter throws a lazy right hand but Lopes sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Lopes is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Lopes throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Dexter sees it coming and avoids it easily.

and Lopes makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Dexter is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Lopes throws a lazy right hand but Dexter sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Lopes swats away the attempt to clinch by Dexter.
The crowd cheers as Dexter lands an impressive looking overhand right. Lopes doesn't seem phased though.
Lopes lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Dexter circles away quickly and effectively.

Dexter tries to close the distance and clinch but Lopes swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Dexter looks to land a combination. Lopes sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
