The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones ducks under a wild hook from Overeem.
Overeem turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Overeem moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Jones looks gassed!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Overeem looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Overeem bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Overeem throws a head kick that half lands.

It looks like Buck Jones has been cut.
Good leg kick by Overeem there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Overeem lands a nice looking kick to the body. Jones takes a step back to recover.
Overeem circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Jones drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Overeem follows Jones to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
