Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nathan Robinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Zambidis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Nathan Robinson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Mike Zambidis! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Daniel Bishop and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zambidis throws a head kick but Robinson moves out of range.
Robinson chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Zambidis can pounce on him.
Nice shot lands for Zambidis. Zambidis lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Robinson circles away quickly and effectively. Zambidis misses with a wild combination.
Zambidis throws a jab when Robinson was well out of range. Some wild striking there from Zambidis.
Robinson tries for a takedown but Zambidis sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Zambidis shoots in for a takedown and gets it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Robinson is looking to improve his position.
Zambidis is taking a breather. Robinson says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Zambidis tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Robinson.
That's one minute gone in the round. Robinson looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Robinson moves into full guard.
Robinson can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Zambidis controls the pace. Robinson working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Zambidis doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Zambidis manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Zambidis wants to stand but Robinson is controlling his posture from full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Zambidis gets to his feet - Robinson follows without any prompting. Robinson fails with the takedown and Zambidis cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Mike Zambidis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Zambidis lands a body shot.
Zambidis lands a high kick!
Zambidis connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Robinson tumbling to the canvas! Zambidis pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Robinson was done - good stoppage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Mike Zambidis!
