Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Vitv Poko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ross Woods (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Poko comes to the cage accompanied by AC/DC - If You Want Blood . Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Poko misses with a takedown attempt - Woods sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Woods lands a nice looking body shot.

Poko drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Poko drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Poko jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
An inside leg kick lands from Woods.
Woods slaps away a takedown attempt from Poko, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Woods throws a body punch but Poko moves out of range.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Woods jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Poko shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Woods sprawls well. Woods wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Poko gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vitv Poko. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Woods ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Poko throws a series of punches but Woods avoids them all with ease.

Woods tries to close the distance and clinch but Poko swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Poko closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Woods did well to prevent Poko getting side control.

Poko is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Woods really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Poko. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Poko wants to control but Woods is keeping him busy.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Poko fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Woods sprawls well initially but Poko persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Poko is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Woods reverses the position - he's now on top in Poko's guard.

Poko has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Woods can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

That was a close round but I would say that Vitv Poko will probably get the nod.
