Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lylan Mitchikin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wladimir Kyshenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mitchikin comes to the cage accompanied by Enter Sandman by Metallica. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Lylan Mitchikin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Wladimir Kyshenko!
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Sergei Dronov and Fedor Mirinova.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mitchikin throws a leg kick that misses.
Mitchikin throws a nice looking combination but Kyshenko bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Kyshenko looks to land a right hand but Mitchikin moved out of range.
Wladimir Kyshenko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kyshenko misses with an uppercut. Mitchikin saw that one coming.
Mitchikin misses with a straight right.
The fighters circle momentarily. Mitchikin darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

It looks like Lylan Mitchikin has been cut.

Kyshenko moves into range and clinches up with Mitchikin.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Kyshenko takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Kyshenko escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

and Mitchikin counters with a lovely shot to the body.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Mitchikin smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Mitchikin throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Kyshenko was covering up waiting for the punch and Mitchikin finishes the takedown easily into guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Kyshenko won't allow Mitchikin to get back to his feet.

Kyshenko takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Mitchikin circles away from the clinch attempt
and Mitchikin makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Kyshenko really felt that one!
Kyshenko tries for a takedown but Mitchikin sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Kyshenko dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Kyshenko throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Mitchikin stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Kyshenko throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Mitchikin tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Kyshenko is in Mitchikin's guard.

Mitchikin is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Kyshenko dives into side control.
