Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jon McCarty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yung Dragun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dragun has chosen Fire Starter ( The prodigy ) as his entrance music. Yung Dragun is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jon McCarty! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Yung Dragun! The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Igor Prikhodko and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McCarty shoots in looking for a takedown. Dragun tries to sprawl out of it but McCarty keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dragun manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. McCarty scores with a takedown into Dragun's guard. McCarty avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Dragun working for a triangle but McCarty defends it easily.
McCarty is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dragun escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. McCarty gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Dragun has McCarty pulled in close to control his posture. Dragun keeping moving, preventing McCarty from controlling successfully.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Dragun pulls McCarty in close to prevent any damage. McCarty has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
That's three minutes gone in the round. McCarty wants to control from the top but Dragun keeps moving. Dragun wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Yung Dragun. Dragun shoots in and bounces McCarty off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dragun is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Dragun showing good wrestling skills to control the position. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Yung Dragun dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Dragun looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Dragun fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Dragun gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Dragun lands a left hand that snaps the head of McCarty backwards. Dragun pulls McCarty into guard.
Dragun pulls McCarty in close to prevent any damage. McCarty wants to control from the top but Dragun keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round. McCarty avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Dragun lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for McCarty!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Dragun controlling his opponent. Dragun landing strikes from the mount. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Dragun can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as McCarty is looking to escape. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dragun working away from the top, dropping strikes. Dragun punishing his opponent with strikes. McCarty tries to hold on but Dragun pushes him away. Dragun controlling the pace for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dragun is going oldschool here, as he tries to force McCarty to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so McCarty shrugs it off. Dragun content just to control the position here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dragun has hold of an arm here, looking to extend it. He's committed to the armbar attempt here! Will he get it?! Yes! McCarty is forced to tap!
