The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson throws a hook but Carson avoids it easily.
Carson ducks under a wild hook from Johnson.
Johnson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Carson manages to avoid it.
Carson looks to land a combination but Johnson avoids it well.
Johnson misses with a double jab
and Carson counters with a three punch combo that has Johnson backing up. Johnson nods at Carson to acknowledge the strikes.
Carson closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Johnson throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Carson throws a body punch but Johnson moves out of range.
The fighters circling - Johnson throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Carson swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Johnson connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Carson misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Carson lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Johnson circles away quickly and effectively.

Johnson might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Johnson, as that shot connected.

and Johnson counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Johnson thuds a left hand into Carson's body.
Carson is breathing heavily.
Johnson catches Carson with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Johnson is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Carson had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Carson closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Johnson cracks Carson with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Johnson has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Carson to stand back up!

Carson is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Carson takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Johnson connects with a superb combination that knocks Carson out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Johnson before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Carson!
