The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by gomez or perhaps it was just good defense by Taylor which made him look bad.
Taylor lands a really nice looking cross but gomez seems unphased.

BOOM! Taylor lands a beautiful left hook that drops gomez. gomez tries to recover but Taylor is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and gomez lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
