Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bento Bozano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nate Skate (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nate Skate is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bento Bozano!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Nate Skate!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Wagner Zegers and Paulsen Ambrosius.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bozano shoots in for a takedown but Skate shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Bozano tries to move into range but Skate moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Bozano shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Skate as he avoids it easily.
A looping hook to the body misses from Bozano. Skate does a little dance to reset his feet.
Skate circles away from the clinch attempt.

Bozano drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Skate looking to control.
Bozano wants to control from the top but Skate keeps moving.
Bozano throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Skate works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Bozano lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

Bozano shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Bozano showed some decent athleticism there.

Bozano got a little sloppy there for a moment and Skate has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bozano has managed to get both his arms back between Skate's legs - danger averted.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Skate has managed to clinch.
Skate lands a body shot in the clinch.

Bozano tries to pull guard but Skate holds him up against the cage and eventually Bozano drops back down to his feet.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Skate creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Skate lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Bozano.
Skate works on Bozano's body with a couple of short punches.
Bozano's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Bozano changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Skate fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Skate fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Bozano, pushing him back against the cage.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bozano tries to pull guard but Skate won't allow it.
Skate swings wildly with an uppercut but Bozano uses good head movement to avoid it.

Skate pushes Bozano back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Skate lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Skate.
Skate lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Bozano tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Skate smiles and moves away.

Bento Bozano seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Bozano closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Skate stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Skate wants it to stay on the feet.
Bozano misses with a takedown attempt - Skate sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Skate lands a right hook to the body.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Bozano throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Skate's waist but Skate gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bozano off to one side.
Skate scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Skate makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Bozano is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Skate lands a big right hand that drops Bozano! The killer instinct kicks in and Skate finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Skate!
