Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between John Panther (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pedro Blanka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blanka is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Shinedown - Devour. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

John Panther is winning the standup battle so far.
Panther throws a leg kick but Blanka moved away.
Panther is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Blanka can do to turn this around?
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Blanka crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Panther - the referee stops the clock and Blanka gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Panther. Blanka manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Blanka might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Panther has got the better of the exchanges.
