Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Alistar Astyages (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henery McLovin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McLovin is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Thunderstuck - AC DC. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McLovin closes the distance and clinches up with Astyages, looking for a takedown. McLovin pushes Astyages against the cage but Astyages circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
McLovin shoots in for a takedown but Astyages shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from McLovin is defended easily by Astyages.
Alistar Astyages has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Henery McLovin.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

McLovin has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from McLovin there as he acknowledges the shot.

Astyages changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. McLovin looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
McLovin is looking to regain half guard here but Astyages keeps moving and retains side control.
McLovin can't do much from the bottom here.

Astyages has an Americana. McLovin didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Astyages is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Astyages hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
