Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ed Buchanen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brock Brutality (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buchanen comes to the cage accompanied by Stranglehold. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buchanen circles away from the clinch attempt.

Brutality throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Buchanen was covering up waiting for the punch and Brutality finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Buchanen has a closed guard, preventing Brutality from standing up.
Brutality stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Buchanen swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Brutality shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Buchanen but Buchanen pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Brutality shoots for a double leg takedown but Buchanen sprawls well. He's pushed Brutality's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
