Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Karl Dixon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rock Memphis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Karl Dixon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rock Memphis!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dixon listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Memphis will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Dixon shoots in but Memphis avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Memphis misses with the combination.
Memphis has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Dixon finds it's way round the side to connect with Memphis's head.

Memphis throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Dixon shoots in looking for a takedown. Memphis tries to sprawl out of it but Dixon keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Memphis manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Dixon moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Dixon misses with an uppercut. Memphis saw that one coming.
Dixon takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Dixon shoots for a takedown but Memphis saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Dixon dives in and grabs Memphis's left leg, looking for a takedown. Memphis pushes down on Dixon's head and hops out.
Dixon changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Memphis tries to avoid it but Dixon manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Memphis to the ground. Memphis escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Memphis tries to bum rush Dixon with a series of wild strikes but Dixon uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Memphis throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Dixon.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Dixon. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Memphis throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Dixon on the side of the head.

Memphis feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Dixon's calf.
A decent looking cross lands there for Memphis.
Dixon gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Nice sprawl there from Memphis as Dixon shoots in.

Memphis moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That's time! Dixon's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Memphis lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Dixon falls backwards - clearly groggy! Memphis dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
