3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Martin Walter! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Steven Brown and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! St Pierre wants to clinch. St Pierre tries a head kick but it misses.
Walter walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. St Pierre scores to the head and body with a nice combination! St Pierre looks for the body kick but Walter saw that one coming. St Pierre gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Walter counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Walter wants to control from the top but St Pierre keeps moving. Walter is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if St Pierre tries to get out of the position. St Pierre looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Gregory St Pierre overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. St Pierre looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
