Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vladimir Gerbolaev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Makoto Ohe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ohe comes into a darkened arena with his song building. ClawFinger - Do what I say kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! On his way into the cage it seems that Vladimir Gerbolaev has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Vladimir Gerbolaev seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gerbolaev closes the distance and clinches up with Ohe, looking for a takedown. Gerbolaev pushes Ohe against the cage but Ohe circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Ohe feints and then cracks Gerbolaev's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Gerbolaev down.

Crunch! Ohe slams his shin into Gerbolaev's torso.
Gerbolaev takes a kick to the side of the head.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Gerbolaev. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Gerbolaev crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Ohe - the referee stops the clock and Gerbolaev gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Ohe. Gerbolaev manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Ohe has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Ohe closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Gerbolaev! Ohe dives in looking to finish! Gerbolaev is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
