Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ossi Poro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Egrek Sulami (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Egrek Sulami will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Poro throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Poro cracks Sulami with a big right hand but Sulami just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Poro swings around for an armbar but Sulami sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Poro's guard.
Poro has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Poro working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Sulami doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Sulami manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Sulami ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Poro shoots in but no luck this time.
Poro goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Sulami swings wildly with an uppercut but Poro uses good head movement to avoid it.

Poro wants the takedown. Sulami is fighting it off but Poro persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Sulami's guard against the cage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Poro clinches up with Sulami and pushes him back against the cage.

Poro is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Poro has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Sulami clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Poro is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Sulami knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Sulami for a finish.
