Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bart Simpson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jackie Day (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Day is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Hammerfall - At the End of the Rainbow. Jackie Day has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Day.
Simpson fails in his attempt to clinch.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
It looks like Simpson is going to stand back up.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! And we move into the final round!

Simpson tries to clinch up.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Day crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Simpson - the referee stops the clock and Day gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Simpson. Day manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Simpson keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Simpson fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Day, pushing him back against the cage.
Day goes for a takedown in the clinch but Simpson prevents it.
Simpson lands a good knee to the midsection. Day won't want to take too many of those.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Day is trying to drag Simpson to the mat but Simpson just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
